AWS continues to fix underlying issues. Further updates from AWS are needed before our issues are resolved.
We are taking steps to ensure a speedy recovery once we can proceed.

Identified

We are currently experiencing a partial outage due to a significant outage with AWS, a key provider.
Incoming studies will be delayed in processing until this is resolved.
Some Tricefy study list, and previously received patient links are available, but at a reduced capacity.
